How We Work
- At TC Legal, we keep things simple. Our role is to introduce you to solicitors who can assess your claim and provide advice under their own terms. We do not give legal advice ourselves.
Submit Your Enquiry
- Provide your details using our secure form or by contacting us directly. We only ask for the basic information needed to connect you with the right solicitor.
We Connect You with a Solicitor
- With your consent, we securely pass your details to a regulated solicitor who specialises in your type of case. TC Legal does not review the merits of your claim — that is the solicitor’s role.
Free Initial Assessment
- The solicitor will contact you directly and provide a free initial assessment of your situation. They will explain whether they can take on your case and what funding arrangements are available, subject to their assessment and terms.
Start Your Claim (If You Choose)
- If you decide to go ahead, you will enter into an agreement directly with the solicitor. TC Legal is not a party to this agreement. All legal services are carried out solely by the solicitor under their own terms.
Important Notice
TC Legal is a marketing and introduction service. We do not provide legal advice, handle claims, or guarantee outcomes. Legal advice and representation are provided only by the solicitor you are connected with, under their own terms of engagement.
We use your information solely to facilitate connection with a solicitor, and we retain it for up to 12 months after referral for audit and complaint purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
