We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who We Share Your Data With

• Solicitors – we forward your details only to solicitors we work with. They are      independent controllers of your data once they receive it.
• Service providers – such as hosting, IT, and email providers, under secure      contracts.
• Authorities – where legally required.

Data Retention

We keep your data for up to 12 months after referral. After this period, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
